We all are in the same place - surrender. Covid-19 has come to help us learn how to let go. As a collective, we're starting to see how uncertain life really is. Now is the time to embrace what we know to be true: love, laughter, and family. All three will get us through the present and future roads.
For now just breathe. The breath is life itself. Breathing lets us be here now. Ram Dass helped a generation learn this important message. While Baba Ram has passed on his message hasn't. It's more relevant today than it ever was yesteryear.
Taking an in-breath allows us to feel the power of the body and the out-breath soothes the mind. The flow of breath heals us in unimaginable ways and brings us solidly to the present.

Acknowledge FIVE things you see around you.
Acknowledge FOUR things you can touch around you.
Acknowledge THREE things you hear.
Acknowledge TWO things you can smell.
Acknowledge ONE thing you can taste.
